Practitioners
Kelly Cynkar, ARNP
Kelly Cynkar has been with CWH since 2002. Raised in Gainesville, Florida, she received her BSN and MSN from the University of Florida College of Nursing. She is also certified as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner.
​
She provides general well-woman care and first-time-ever adolescent visits, educates her patients on contraceptive options, prevention and treatment of vaginitis, as well as menopause and hormone replacement therapies.
Krystyn Fox, CNM/ARNP
Krystyn is a Certified Nurse Midwife and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. She earned her MSN in 2020 and joined CWH in 2022.
Gloria Glidewell, CNM/ARNP
Gloria Glidewell is a Certified Nurse Midwife and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. She joined CWH at the beginning of 2023.
Holly Grisales, ARNP
Holly Grisales completed her BSN at the University of Central Florida and earned a Master of Science in Nursing from South University in Savannah, GA. She is passionate about taking care of women from adolescence to menopause, and beyond. She strives to provide current, quality, and evidence-based medicine throughout a woman's life stages.

Holly is married to her high school sweetheart and they have three beautiful children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.
Maria Mellington, CNM/ARNP
Maria Mellington is a Certified Nurse Midwife and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. She completed her undergraduate degrees at the University of South Florida earning both a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology as well as Bachelor of Science in Nursing. After working the extent of her nursing career in Labor and Delivery, Maria went on to receive her Masters of Science in Nursing at Frontier Nursing University.
Erin Smith, CNM/ARNP
Erin Smith joined CWH in 2012. She was born and raised in California, and moved to Gainesville for her husband’s job as a mycologist at UF. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Women’s Studies at UC Davis and Masters of Science in Nursing from UC San Francisco. She has been a Certified Nurse-Midwife since 2001 and practiced in a variety of settings including home birth, freestanding birth centers and hospitals.
Erin loves the diversity of women she meets and cares for through her job. “One of the best things about being a Nurse-Midwife and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner is that I am able to care for women from adolescence through menopause.” She loves that she is able to continue seeing her patients for gynecological care after they have finished their pregnancy.
Chelsy Van Winkle, PA-C
Chelsy Van Winkle is a certified Physician Assistant and a graduate of Nova Southeastern University's College of Healthcare Sciences. She was raised in Punta Gorda, FL, but relocated to Gainesville to attend the University of Florida, where she met her husband and earned a B.S in Nutritional Sciences.

In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family. She also has two beloved dogs--a Weimaraner named Leia and a Miniature Pinscher named Vader.

Chelsy joined CWH in 2023 and specializes in gynecologic care of all ages. She values the patient care experience and shared provider-patient decision making.
Katie Camargo, CNM
Katie is a lifelong resident of the Gainesville area. She graduated from the University of Florida in 2008 with a BA in Political Science and a BS in Psychology before spending two years in Tanzania with the US Peace Corps as a Health Education Volunteer, where she found her passion for women's health. She returned to the University of Florida to earn her BSN and Master's in Nursing, and began practicing as a Certified Nurse Midwife in 2015.
Katie has three children, all born with the help of midwives. She enjoys reading books of all kinds, going to the movies, and watching Gator sports.
Kristen Cook, CNM/ARNP
Kristen Cook is a Certified Nurse Midwife and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. She joined CWH in the Fall of 2024.
Sarah O'Kier, PA-C
​Sarah O'Kier, PA-C is an Ocala native and graduated from Vanguard High School. From there she went to college at Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina where she attained a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus in Sciences. She then attended Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale for the Physician Assistant Program where she obtained her Masters in Medical Science and graduated with honors in 2006. She has been in practice in Gynecology for the last 15 years in Ocala. She has two children and a very fulfilled life! Her passion is taking care of people by listening to their needs.
