Our Gainesville-based physicians are board-certified diplomates in gynecology and obstetrics. From well-woman exams and infertility consultations, to family planning, high- and low-risk prenatal care, menopausal management, and everything in between, our providers are ready to serve you with the excellence and care you deserve.

Physicians
Richard Brazzel, MD
“Dr. Z,” as he is lovingly known, has been with CWH since 2001. A Rhodes College graduate, he delayed medical school for a year to do research at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. He completed medical school and his OB-GYN residency at the University of Tennessee in Memphis.
Dr. Z specializes in high and low risk obstetric patients, but also has a special interest in caring for women with abnormal Pap smears, pre-conception counseling, contraceptive care, and performing minimally invasive surgery.


Sheyna Carroccio, MD
Dr. Carroccio has been with CWH since 2009. Originally from Tallahassee, Florida, she graduated from Queens College in Charlotte, North Carolina, as a biology major and completed medical school as well as her OB-GYN residency at University of Florida.
She specializes in gynecological surgery.
Kelly Chamberlain, MD
Dr. Chamberlain has been with CWH since 2008. A fourth-generation Floridian, she attended University of Florida, University of South Florida Medical School and completed her OB-GYN residency at Northwestern University in Chicago.
Dr. Chamberlain specializes in laparoscopic surgery and obstetrics.

Jill Delker, MD
Dr. Delker was born and raised in the Panama Canal Zone, where her father was an engineer. She attended the University of Florida, University of Miami School of Medicine and completed her OB-GYN residency training at UF. She then served as faculty in the OB-GYN department of UF.
Dr. Delker specializes in obstetrics, hormone management, bioidentical therapy, performing minimally invasive surgery, managing abnormal Pap smears and providing gynecology services from adolescence to menopause.


Juline Deen, MD
From 2003 to 2007, Dr. Deen attended the University of Florida where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition. After graduation, she relocated to Tallahassee where she attended Florida State University College of Medicine and graduated in 2011. Returning to Gainesville, she completed her residency at UF Health.
Dr. Deen feels privileged to help guide women through life events and strives to provide quality evidence-based, yet still personalized healthcare. She enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach, and supporting Gator athletics.

Ann Hatfield, MD
Dr. Hatfield has been with CWH since 2014. Raised in Iowa, she graduated from the University of Notre Dame and lived in South Korea for a year as a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar before attending Duke University Medical School. She completed her OB-GYN residency and became a faculty member at UF Health Jacksonville.
She specializes in adolescent gynecology, contraceptive management and caring for pregnant women.
Eduardo Marichal, MD
Dr. Marichal has been with CWH since 1990. Born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, he attended college at Princeton University, attended medical school at the University of Puerto Rico and completed his OB-GYN residency at the Medical College of Georgia.
Dr. Marichal loves delivering babies, and specializes in minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery and helping women through menopause.


Alexandra Otto, MD
Born and raised in Orlando, Florida, Dr. Otto obtained a B.S. in Biology from Georgia Southern University where she was an NCAA student-athlete. She attended medical school at Ross University School of Medicine and completed her OB-GYN residency at Riverside Regional Medical Center in Newport News, VA.
Her interests include minimally invasive surgery, obstetrical care, mental health, and the female athlete. “The multi-service care model at Comprehensive Women’s Health is exciting and impressive. I look forward to returning “home” to Florida and look forward to caring for women in the north central Florida region.” In her free time, Dr. Otto likes to work out, spend time with family in New Smyrna Beach, and spoil her Whippet, Boomer.
Ashley Walsh, MD
After completing an undergraduate degree at Florida State University, Dr. Walsh attended and graduated as an MD from the University of Florida’s College of Medicine. She completed her residency at Shands in Gainesville with a focus in obstetrics and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.
Dr. Walsh values developing relationships with her patients by taking time to listen. Knowing and understanding that each patient is unique, Dr. Walsh strives to provide the highest medical care designed for each individual patient. On the weekends, she enjoys swimming, playing at the park and other outdoor activities with her family.


Erin Connor Werner, MD
Dr. Werner has been with CWH since 1997. She is a graduate of Stetson University and completed both medical school and her OB-GYN residency training at the University of Florida.
Dr. Werner specializes in the treatment of abnormal Pap smears and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.
Practitioners

Kelly Cynkar, ARNP
Kelly Cynkar has been with CWH since 2002. Raised in Gainesville, Florida, she received her BSN and MSN from the University of Florida College of Nursing. She is also certified as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner.
She provides general well-woman care and first-time-ever adolescent visits, educates her patients on contraceptive options, prevention and treatment of vaginitis, as well as menopause and hormone replacement therapies.
Julie Davey, CNM/ARNP
Julie joined the CWH family in 2010. She was raised in Gainesville and received a BS in Health Education from the University of Florida, a BSN from Florida Gulf Coast University, and a MSN from the University of Florida.
She enjoys providing care to women throughout their life stages and fostering relationships with her patients. On the weekends, she can be found soaking up the sunshine with her family.


Rosie Foran, ARNP
Rosie Foran completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Florida and earned a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Florida in 2009.
She has emergency medicine experience and brings her passion for women's health to CWH as one of our newest practitioners. Rosie has been a Gainesville resident since 1996, when she moved here to attend UF. She is a mother to three beautiful children with her husband of 18 years. In her free time, you can find Rosie running, traveling, or hiking!
Krystyn Fox, CNM/ARNP
Krystyn joined is a Certified Nurse Midwife and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. She earned her MSN in 2020 and joined CWH in 2022.


Holly Grisales, ARNP
Holly Grisales completed her BSN at the University of Central Florida and earned a Master of Science in Nursing from South University in Savannah, GA. She is passionate about taking care of women from adolescence to menopause, and beyond. She strives to provide current, quality, and evidence-based medicine throughout a woman's life stages.
Holly is married to her high school sweetheart and they have three beautiful children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.
Lacey Newell, PA-C
Lacey Newell is a certified Physician Assistant and a graduate of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She joined CWH in 2022.


Erin Smith, CNM/ARNP
Erin Smith joined CWH in 2012. She was born and raised in California, and moved to Gainesville for her husband’s job as a mycologist at UF. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Women’s Studies at UC Davis and Masters of Science in Nursing from UC San Francisco. She has been a Certified Nurse-Midwife since 2001 and practiced in a variety of settings including home birth, freestanding birth centers and hospitals.
Erin loves the diversity of women she meets and cares for through her job. “One of the best things about being a Nurse-Midwife and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner is that I am able to care for women from adolescence through menopause.” She loves that she is able to continue seeing her patients for gynecological care after they have finished their pregnancy.
