Comfort Measures for Labor Workshop (Aug 7th)

This class is perfect for couples that want to practice how to manage and be comfortable during labor and birth.  This class serves as an excellent resource for getting in some extra practice time with your partner, refreshing skills from a previous birth, or to gain some additional knowledge to compliement other classes taken.  During class, you will practice relaxation techniques, breathing, attention focusing, birth ball, counter pressure, positioning, rebozo, and more!
