Postpartum Healing

Healing and recovery after birth.  This class is for anyone who is wanting to plan and prepare for the days and months after giving birth.  In this class, we will cover: healing from vaginal and surgical births; supplies you can have on hand for recovery; supporting the mother; newborn sleep expectations; mental health and changing hormone expectations; nutritional needs; and breast health.

A single ticket for this class covers the birthing person and one support person.  Partners are always welcome and encouraged to attend!  Holli Best, who is an early childhood speciliast and birth and postpartum doula, will be teaching the class.  Holli can be reached at hollibest@gmail.com.
